Still fighting the malaise..

learnteachThat disease, that malaise...not bad stars, but bad air for sure.
Word on the Van: $1800. Fuel injectors, hoses, PCR...pretty much many things. It's too useful a vehicle to chuck, so...but there goes the budget.
Motorcycle: Got the seat reupholstered, learning much about how. Thank you Jeanette for the kick. But yeah, 1. Use a heatgun 2. More clamps 3. Cut the corners long 4. Temp staple and then go back 5. Next time, I'm putting gel in 6. Done. Not perfect, but waterproof, no ducttape, done. Total material cost: $22, cloth and staples. Total time: 8 hours, mostly learning, ripping out, redoing. Still waiting on the brake lines word, but if they had to make a set, figure beginning of next week.
Bike: Well, the front brake on the Giant is weird, haven't gotten to the two derailleurs. The Huffy is clean, but won't support my weight. Anybody who weighs less than 280 need a 26" blue women's beachbike, slightly dusty, new tires, runs fine?
Sedan: Next on the list.
Life is a lot less convenient when you have to plan on public transit, and don't have a set schedule. Until I get one vehicle fixed, no meetings. Drats.
