Bruise still rising. Don't read this whinge.

Shoulder still ouchy. Bruise is size of thigh. Hand still tender, had thought it was the first finger first knuckle, now feels like fingers one and two long bones.

Not sleeping well. Didn't I just go through this? If you have any spare energy for healing, though, send it to Tink's mom.

Next time, I only do things this foolish with HEALTH INSURANCE on my side. Not that the doctor would say much more than take anti-inflammitories and try to not continue injuring it.
