What are other people doing for their lifehacking?
From here out (until end of summer classes):
1. Sleep/Rise schedule of 12 PM latest bedtime, up at 7 and out of house by 8 latest EVERY DAY.
Must be out for at least 1/2 hour.
2. Workouts: Minimum one stretch/joint repair session in the mornings, and 5 cardio/weight workouts (swimming and gym count, so does heavy sword practice.) With people if at all possible.
3. Weigh in morning.
4. Morning meal has protein and vitamins.
5. Goals: Evaluate the following
A. Fight at October Crown; therefor health insurance by then
B. Minimum half time job by then, consulting counts
C. Pack house down to minumum by Oct. 1 for renovations; start renovations now.
D. Plan and do a party every month, or participate in one. Scrabble counts June; Prom July.

both achieved by: attending SCA events & explore and attend gatherings of compatible fringe culture.
3)Bonus! Being hyper active socially seems to be helping general physical health. (except for the lost sleep, not yet critical)
