Well, Fedex managed to once again miss me--the only guy in the office again--so the laptop I need to attack the problems is still wandering around on a truck. I've asked them to hold it. But it's really irritating that it's taken 5 days to try and get this thing when I was told I'd have it Friday.

And, while we're whinging, can't get anything amusing working on the backup machines.

Whinge, whinge, whinge.

Main thrust in my life seems to be to try and not do exceedingly stupid things. Get drunk and call up ex and cry on shoulder, ask back. Make decisions based on desire to flee. Wander around irritating people. So you, dear readers, get the brunt of it.

In other notes, the santa meter rates me as nice (But need to wash behind my ears more), I'll be devoured by leeches, and I am the color Taupe.

I hate Fedex. I paid for two day shipping for something important recently, and since I wasn't home on Friday when they stopped by, they didn't leave it. Instead, I got it three days later. Why, oh why, do they leave unimportant packages on my doorstep but hang onto the ones I need right away.
