I have just recieved the message that Gerhardt Kendal of Westmoreland has passed on to his next adventure, survived by his wife, children, grandchildren (?) and a host of people his life has touched.

Keep learning.

Lord of the Rings was a great movie, and I need to go visit New Zealand.
