Spring is coming...how does it go?

  Spring is sprung/the grass is riz/ I wonder where/the birdies is.


Well, out here, the oats are seeding, the birds are speeding, the birthdays are coming--and the social scene humming.

I had a full weekend, full of fun.

Friday, went and saw "Bad Daddy" play for the Morgan Center---a band made up of names in the Valley, raising money for the center my brother Rex goes to.  I eventually got up and danced with my brother Kurt..that was interesting.
Saturday I helped throw Karen's Birthday party, rolled on the lawn, got beaten badly at boggle, and still need to go clean up.
Sunday I went and rode the Felton Steam Train, restarted a T&T game, and saw hockey.   For the hockey, wearing a monkey hat.

Good times.

Well, we can account for one of the birds. A mourning dove has built its nest amidst the stack of firewood down in the Pit. It now has two eggs that it broods while pretending to be just another piece of firewood. Galen, the Downstairs Neighbors Clever Cat, has begun to notice the new channel on KTTV.
