Perspective; attitude; trust

It's amazing how these things come around again and again.
<lj-cut>

Tl; dr    I don't trust my coworkers to be professional in attitude so my perspective about work is extremely negative.

Goal:  I trust myself to be forward focused with a life overall perspective and work with those with a professional attitude.

Reality:  Politics here:  I have lost.  Because of someone else swinging and missing.    Look for a better solution.

Why am I panicking?   Change.  New VP.  Old director back in charge.   Promised/predicted change not occurring.

They moved my brother to training, not me.   Why?  I do not know--I have conjecture.   Lots of reasons.

Yes, why are you panicking?

What's the worst-case scenario?

I don't think that unemployment is the worst-case scenario for you. If this is safety and security, who needs disaster?

my word, the unstated expectations, and difficulties.

Your word? To whom? Not to Kurt - he'd be thrilled for you to get out of there.

Unstated expectations. This is a sign of very bad management. But you knew that.

These situations are always difficult. Making a move isn't easy, but in this case it is necessary. For your health. For your sanity. And for the chance to make better money somewhere else.
