Dinner last night

Elkburgers   (elk, 1 egg, pepper, salt)  grilled on the barbeque
White corn     grilled
artichokes    grilled (not eaten, too late to eat)
spinach salad with blue cheese dressing
Spud Salad with mustard dressing and garden plants (chard and beet greens)
Fruit (grapes, peaches, cherries. )

Very nice.

Oh, that sounds lovely! And the bonus of left over roasted artichoke for lunch or whatever today is a good one.
