Hey, don't bother reading this. I'm going to use livejournal to work the diet thang.

FOOD EATEN TODAY:
Breakfast: Orange. 8 AM
Lunch: 5 oz (?) Halibut, 1 cup vegetable medley (mushrooms, asparagus, green beans) (at Oracle 500 Cafeteria (300?) (12:30)
Snack: 1 cup potato chips (bad) 4 PM
Dinner: 5 oz chicken in red wine/garlic sauce 7 PM
Snack: Coffee and Banana 8:30 PM
Drink now, it's a barqs and is 160 sugar cals.
Century done at 5:30 (focus on flow, not telegraphing.)
Fought 9:20 to 10:20; trained Vytas; worked with Mari and Raf and Geoffrey Scott; learned from Kelly, talked with Castings, Merlin, SCB, SCB2. Good movement, not enough penetration. New shield nice.

Tomorrow: White Protien day; aim for ketosis. Bkfast eggs, lunch? sashimi; dinner chicken.
Work goal: Extreme proposal, O, V. Expenses! Scripts.
Workout: Century and walk in morning, gym (weights) early evening, dance? later.

Thursday: Travel to Colusa in the PM, or not?

HAH! I did read it, the whole thing too.
In my sphere of influence and interest are a number of gentlemen that are striving tword a healthy lifestyle and body. It's actually helpful to see what's working for people... and what's not working... and where people stumble...

Your journal is your own, of course. I deeply love the "voice" in some journals, where you can tell people are writing just for themselves, not needing the critcisim or any sort of input from any external sorce.... just makinga record they can check back on at some point in the future to help remember what they were doing and what they were thinking. I only dance when there's no one around to see.
