Which is Friday Night Waltz not Fucking New Wienies . Had a fun time; danced much, especially a very good Congress and a nice Bluesy Onestep. Taught a beginner who is crossing over from another community a little more dancing; lusted after another beginner (6' red hair zoftig...) and discussed how the various communities intersect. Focused on being in the dance, which once I used my confident lead, really worked; I usually try to give only the least intrusive of leads, but I'm not in tune/in shape enough for that, so it helps to put a better/stronger lead in. Fun!

Off to see if I can find Rusty and check out the vigils.

So hey, random question: Want to do any cooperation on the upcoming year's Burning Man? I want to start prep early this year and I'd love to assist with any projects you're doing. For once I want to be a helper and provider, not a direction-driver, and am looking for a positive-minded crew to help out. Thoughts? :)

The plan for this year is to go with my brothers, a neat gang of gizmoheads. The question is: what art projects? I'd share direction, but I don't have any in mind right now...let's talk, and see what can come.
