How many of these posts do I need for a fence?



1. WEIGHT Diet going well. Balancing food vs. exercise, eating low calorie dense foods, applying more is better. By Thanksgiving, goal one will have been passed and I will be fighting again (below 350). Depending on my sustained loss, goal two (be able to go back to Aikido--300--should be March time frame. More is better. Hand me the hot sauce. Mmm, veggies.

2. CONDITIONING Low on energy (see 1). Walk, start sword and dance drills.

3. PERFORMANCES "A Country Girl" is Nov. 21 and 22 in Mountain View, no plays or singing appearances lined up after that for a bit. Dancing as a host at Bal D'Vampyre, and in the Dana St. Bellydance show on Jan 30. That's going to be fun.

4. JORB crickets. Time to get the sub license.

5. OTHER House needs some serious work, that's the goal for the mornings moving forward. Fix leak around the bathroom vent pipe, root out termites in the BR wall, wire hot tub.


While looking for music for the bellydance performance ran into Siobhan's music. Man, I miss her.

Ah well.
