Rhythym and blues...

since kicking my exercise up a notch, my mood has been obviously improved, and I feel better...I hope. Today I took an afternoon nap. Why? Because I could, and because I'm trying to listen to what my body is telling me. And besides the "don't get doubleteamed by Uther and Jade in a charge" it's saying "sleep a lot, it's a good time of year for it."

Hmmm.

Sleep is good. And so is the excersize bit! I looked at myself in the bathroom mirror and noticed more definition around my hips again, and I was elated! ^___^ Very noticible difference with excersize... Still far, far off from where I'd like to end up being... But it's a good start. (Gah... Hips still sore from Tues-Weds classes...... Stretching is your friend.)
