Overdoing?

...the ogham has turned into one bruise, purple/black, about the size of my open hand. My lower back is twinging, as are my knee and my right shoulder (shoulder is a bruise I think.) Only one solution, Must Stretch More! Hurley tomorrow!

Sounds painful, even though I don't know what an ogham is. We'd love to be social if you have time time between bouts of being beaten-up.
