A year ago....

So little change in some ways: House, work, what to do, vacation. So great a change: attempt to marry, fail. An actor in Sacromento, and the fears of war realized completely...we're going to see Afghanistan crumble back to the Taliban, soon, and the violence in Iraq is going to be amazing. As for me, I feel sadderbudweiser, stareyedandport, and sailing on.

Just got back into contact with the ex; glad she's in Colorado, because I still want to make things better for her, which is bound to fail. Was asked the question yesterday why I was attracted to her...good question. Off to work!

Dude, ya need to get out there... have fun, don't sulk & sorrow about the past, look fwd to the good things in the future. You have plenty of friends who worry about you. Burlingame isn't far away from Sunnyvale, let me know anytime ya wanna hang out - movie, bbq, hit the range, grab a bite, whatever & I'll head down there, or meet up with you someplace.

With every ex- of mine, i saw something there which i loved. We all see something beautiful in women, something which grabs you, and holds you, and it doesn't go away easily.

As far as you & your ex- ... ya gotta let it heal. Time will heal all wounds if you let it.
