Adventure!
When we last left our hero, he was heading north with an eye of meeting with some friends just outside of Booneville.
Being unable to resist cool adventure, and throwing timesense to the winds, he cut over to 1 from 280 via 92 (hello parking lot!) and headed north. Road spooky by Devil's Slide, you can see the distortions in the asphalt from the slides. Hit the city, and kept going on 1; got up to Stinson beach and it got _cold_. Yep, damp wind from the ocean; didn't pack warm undies or outies, more fool me. Kept north, finally seeing many things I wanted to see, and found myself East of the Sun and West of the Moon in Tomales (ask if you need to know.) Cut through Cow Country (looks JUST like the adds) to 101 and made tracks. Booneville is off 128, worthy of a daylight ride all by itself. Took a moth in the eye==need to replace visor on helmet.
Frogwood is cool. Hung with interesting people, etc. Hot tub! Music! Talk! Cooked breakfast, vegan pancakes! Sleep!
Today, rode back. Took 128 out to Point Arena, watch whales breathe, then south to Bodega Bay and dinner--that's a scary road. Scary Scary. Got to stop starting so late!
But I feel...accomplished.

Bahl Hornin!!!!
Wow.... Frogwood does seem to be pretty cool place! Did ya get to talk to any Boontlingers over at the place ya stayed??? Seems like they have their own language over there... kinda neat!
There's a couple neat places & events i would love to check out in Anderson Valley... #1 is The Buckhorn Saloon... downtown Boonville.
And #2 is the Boonville Beer Festival which should be coming up in a bit... thinking about heading over there to check it out, and maybe camp a night (depending if the Dodge is fixed by then).
recharged = good!
