This is a really weird and incomprehensible list of things, IMHO.

OK, I have to raise the banner of the Suzy Bright Fan Club sex-positive SF Bay Area native and object to what is implied by including various pretty-much-mainstream-by-now-sex-stuff with crashing a friends car, shoplifting, and illegal drugs. This whole thing strikes me as disturbingly Puritan--"Ooooh, bondage and anal sex and non-straight relationships are so *baaad*." Give me a break.

Yup, I'm bi, pagan, poly, and I vote :-) .

No argument. And it seems to exist in different versions. However, I'm not so sure about the anti-sex thing, because it also has questions like "have you voted" and "do you golf" which are postive-to-neutral.

It is fairly prurient, though. If I were to write such a thing, it would be less concerned with little fiddly details, and have questions more like "Have you ever had a transcendent sexual experience" and suchlike. More meaningful to understanding a friend than which way the bump-and-grind goes.
