Try substitute teaching for a bit, and see what you enjoy the most. Right off the top of my head I can see you teaching history, shop, kindergarten, math, and that's just without thinking, never mind what else that you might already have an affinity for. I suspect you'd be good at it, and I suspect that you'd enjoy it. That being said, follow your heart.
I expect you, and your extended circle, know teachers at all levels. Most teachers would be happy to have a guest come in to talk about some relevant subject. Talk to your teacher buddies, set up guest lectures. See what you enjoy, and which ages you like to deal with...
History! English! Anything that involves storytelling that you can get away with. You're very dynamic. ^_^ Highschool would be my first guess, but college would do ok as well... Then again, depending on what you want to deal with, the elementary grades could be ok...
Don't just consider grade schools. Look at the corporate world. Which your knowledge base, is there something you would feel comfortable teaching in a trade school or within an office environment? Ciber training does a lot of software classes and their teachers are from the industry.
