Doctor's office sez 8 down (326) gym, 4 hours later, puts it at 5 (329). Still, good for a binge weekend including thanksgiving feast.

Today: Bkfst 1 bar, 8AM, mood occupied.
Lunch 1 odwalla bar and coffee at 12; 1:30 beef and cheddar sandwitch with mustard on dutch crunch. Snack: ...pear at 4. Dinner: Beef red curry and pad thai veg at Amarin Thai on Murphy, very good. Snack 11:30 2 handfulls chips and some salsa. Exercise: Walk at 5 (1/2 hour total). Fight practice 8 to 10:15 including war drills (ow.) Century NOW!
Tomorrow: Two appointments. Bar morning, sushi lunch? Exercise WorkOut then dance.

WOrked out on Monday, plus both centuries.
