Right now, the goal is just to make it to the gym. Then, endurance and weightloss work, and get my butt used to a bike saddle. Then, back to the Body for Life workout. But it depends on what I'm doing outside of the gym waaaaaay too much. What gym are you at? I'm at 24 hour fitness, so can be anywhere...
