Brian and I started jogging three days ago. I'm almost past the wanting-to-barf-after-the-first-200-yards phase.
Still, once I recover from the pantng like a sheepdog in summer bit, I actually feel better. And it's only been three days! (I'm not sure it that's good or pathetic.)
