Just one of those weeks. A catalog of foo:


Monday: Got the land checks. Then discovered that the new owners bulldozed a road using the easement between the property and the main road, over a year round stream, without checking with anyone. Neighbors are sueing immediately. They wanted advice. Ain't going to get involved. Most checks distributed.

Tuesday: Filed for unemployment. Also, spent time with nephew, and found out easter is at relatives house who can't put food on the table within an hour of time predicted. 2 is more common.

Wednesday: Went to beach. Was bored. Got sunburnt.

Thursday: Rode motorcycle. Chafed foot. Then stepped on something and further injured chafed foot.

Friday: Reminded that old job still owes me expenses...and they're late. Should have kept computer until I got expense checks.

Well, enough of that pissyness. Leaving out roommate foo. This has been a general whinge; if there was a real problem, I'd probably call you and whine.

Off to stretch, I think.

I propose Big Sur, and Nepenthe's (for the view) on some day that isn't a weekend. Ur. I leave for Alaska on the 24th, so it's loooooooming up. Perhaps in June, when I return?

~bleh~ And I hope so many good things for you too... Of course, that's only a small part of the equation... But still. Time with nephews is a good thing. ^_^ Time with family is too... Having a wonderful time in my life right now, but missing some of the times I've had with you. Go figure... Be well!
