Three projects to work on in the next week:

1. Steal more coffee grounds from Starbucks, and fill the pocket gopher holes with them. Either Charlie don't drink (I love the smell of expresso in the morning! It smells like Silicon Valley!)
or he'll get so active that he'll start a company, then the lawyers will eat him. Theoretically, I'll even see more tomatoes...

2. Rebuild the armor to a travel suit.

3. Make an Antiphon. I've wanted one for a while. Shouldn't be too big a project.

and of course...straighten out unemployment, get calendar together, work out everyday.

What, besides something sung or recited in church, is an Antiphon?

Sounds like a good "to do" list :)

what is an antiphon?

It's a particle emitted by striking SBCers, which cancels out your phon service.

Does the coffee grounds trick work? I've just about lost patience with our gopher in the back yard, he completely underdug an entire flower bed and ate half of our plantings.

Next time I see you, I'll have to tell you the story about my dad and the gopher. It's an epic along the lines of a certain bread maker slaying Charles the Traveller with a pavilion pole. :->

And what Teresa said -- what's an antiphon??

Don't know yet about the coffee trick, but it's good for the tomatoes in any case; Sunset Garden sez best to dig in and trap them, but I've also heard that fish rotting in the tunnels grosses them out. We'll see about coffee...probably not, but hey, it's a good mulch/amendment.

I use the term antiphon in reference to the large scale choir book the antiphons were written in, which would be left open on a lecturn so everyone can read that particular antiphon. I am probably incorrect, having not researched it...but I want to do Vitrum this way, and also this antiphon:

So it's the choral book.

You've got the bookbinding wife, you can have your *own* antiphon. I don't want my DSL cancelled! :)
