So, recently I've been having some minor physical problems which I thought were all weight related. Sleep problems, lack of energy...tonight, after this weekend at Lu Crapaud Centisme, Sally (may angels sing her to her glory) pointed out that I have sleep apnea, and probably never recovered from that nasty sinus cold of 3 months back fully.

Man, I hope it's that and not low level heart failure.

It's probably the extra weight. :( Any inherent sleep apnea gets worse with more weight. toxgunn had looked into this in depth.
