So, recently I've been having some minor physical problems which I thought were all weight related. Sleep problems, lack of energy...tonight, after this weekend at Lu Crapaud Centisme, Sally (may angels sing her to her glory) pointed out that I have sleep apnea, and probably never recovered from that nasty sinus cold of 3 months back fully.

Man, I hope it's that and not low level heart failure.

Alas, gizbot is probably right. They can look at some other fixes but losing weight seems to work across the board. (Now if only that were easier....) Hugs!
