So, recently I've been having some minor physical problems which I thought were all weight related. Sleep problems, lack of energy...tonight, after this weekend at Lu Crapaud Centisme, Sally (may angels sing her to her glory) pointed out that I have sleep apnea, and probably never recovered from that nasty sinus cold of 3 months back fully.

Man, I hope it's that and not low level heart failure.

I don't know, my friend visited the doctor for apnea and they convinced him to get the back of his tongue burned off and if the didn't work they were going to break his jaw. Sounded sort of barbaric to me. But it couldn't hurt to get checked out if you currently have insurance. If you ask me, though, you may simply be a bit depressed.
