Taught today, mix of English classes.
It makes me happy. Laughing when I walk out of the school, dancing in front of the classes, a show every hour and inquisitive minds asking me questions. "What are you going to be for Halloween, Mr. Schmidt?" "Large." "Are you married, Mr. Schmidt?" "Is that a proposal?"
If only it paid enough to live on...but, I get to do it now.

Date: 2005-10-26 04:24 pm (UTC)My only point was that it is possible. I think it's hard enough to get and keep good teachers. I think J would make a great teacher and if a little encouragement leads to him figuring out how to make it work, everyone (kids, J, the community) wins.
