Blah. Glerg. Uck. Need to get more prep work for the classes done, so more can be learned. Not very motivated after 7 hours in the classroom, with a one hour transit in between them. Second class also very unimpressed, unable to solve basic equations.
You mentioned in a previous post that it was difficult to engage some of them on the problems. You could ask your panel of LJ-friends for ideas. Remember that Miles Vorkosigan learned economics by having Tsipis coach him in munitions and supply exercises....
