Self: Procedures

What are other people doing for their lifehacking?



From here out (until end of summer classes):

1. Sleep/Rise schedule of 12 PM latest bedtime, up at 7 and out of house by 8 latest EVERY DAY.
Must be out for at least 1/2 hour.
2. Workouts: Minimum one stretch/joint repair session in the mornings, and 5 cardio/weight workouts (swimming and gym count, so does heavy sword practice.) With people if at all possible.
3. Weigh in morning.
4. Morning meal has protein and vitamins.
5. Goals: Evaluate the following
A. Fight at October Crown; therefor health insurance by then
B. Minimum half time job by then, consulting counts
C. Pack house down to minumum by Oct. 1 for renovations; start renovations now.
D. Plan and do a party every month, or participate in one. Scrabble counts June; Prom July.

Ok, thinking on this.

Alternate arm/upper body freeweights and walking, on separate nights. Letting a day of no exercise every once in a while is ok. Dropping the pattern for a week is not.

Every time work seriously irks me, find a job posting to apply to.

Multivitamin every night.

Drill shield blocks, basic strikes, and defensive returns, at least twice a week.

Don't forget I'm funemployed at the moment! Give me a call if ya need someone to pal around with. I think you are pretty much interested in doing things that interest me as well.

1)continue to be aware of portion size (and reduce portion size. i.e. one hamburger, not two.

2)hunting strategy: a)Stay busy enough to be interesting. b) choose target rich environments.
both achieved by: attending SCA events & explore and attend gatherings of compatible fringe culture.

3)Bonus! Being hyper active socially seems to be helping general physical health. (except for the lost sleep, not yet critical)

1. moving from a large house in a town where you can't walk ANYWHERE to an Apartment where there is almost no need to drive EVER (walk or bike unless lugging armor...)

2. after move is done . . WALK or BIKE everywhere!!!

3. After move is done - BUY vegis and fruit at Berkeley Bowl fresh every day and EAT them!!!
