Good habits!

Ok, let's try for some of those good habits:
1. Exercise an hour everyday. Preferably first thing in the morning.
2. Eat a breakfast with protien and fiber every day.
3. Follow my natural rhythms, if I can--nap if needed.
4. PLAN the day...

Very Important to follow natural rhythms.. nap if you need it. critical to health.

Planning day also very important....

Remember all things in moderation.....including moderation
