Welcome to the New Year! In the spirit of "That Which is not Measured, Cannot be Controlled" I'll be weighing in every day (in the morning) and recording the information on fitday, along with an exercise and food log.

Goals:
1. Exercise every day.
2. Eat consciously.
3. Monitor without rancor or major emotional loading my weight progress.

So, starting today, 358.0 at 10 AM; a later weigh time and higher weight than normal. I hope. :*)

Hey, have you tried that veggie and meat diet that pallidus has tried to get all the spartans on at one point or another? I think vytas was on it for a bit so he might still have the info. Anyway, it's worked really well for me. I mainly like it because it gives you a lot of energy and it's pretty much more food than I can actually eat in a day. There aren't many diets that leave you stuffed. I just find it easier to do something like "eat better" when I have a plan for what better is.
